Nathan is a 2010 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. His love of cooking began in the kitchen with his mother and has been influenced by his travels in North America and Europe. Audrey is a food photographer and foodie. together, they have recreated the delicious European-style nut spreads they have delighted in during their travels.
